"THE SECRET OF SAMUAL SHADE"

The Secret of Samual Shade is a totally interactive dinner theater where you and other guests are called upon to solve a mystery. YOU PLAY A PART and are given a character description.

This, however, is not a standard murder mystery, but a mystical tale loaded with live special effects and suspense...

TIME PERIOD: the late1920’s.

You’re invited to the reading of Samual Shade’s will. Seven years ago, Samual Shade vanished under mysterious circumstances. He left behind an enormous estate and fabulous wealth, as well as a unique collection of antiques.

The evening begins with THE AUCTION… Guests are given their character roles to play for the event, and will bid on supernatural artifacts from the unusual collection. You will see the powers of the artifacts ...See proof that a magic amulet can protect the flesh! Examine a statue that can travel through time! Be witness to undeniable proof that voodoo does exist!

As the mystery unfolds, enjoy a DELICIOUS DINNER at Pegasus Restaurant Banquet room..

After dinner, to discover more about the mystery, guests will move to the Theatre of Dreams ( a 3 minute drive) to experience... THE FINALE'...

Peter Davison is a one-of-a-kind artist who transforms the stage into a magical world of motion. In his new one-man show, the ordinary becomes extraordinary – it’s a kinetic celebration of life unlike anything you’ve seen before.

Drawing on his talents in juggling (1982 National Juggling Champion) and dance (2008 Ballet Builders NYC award for new choreography) Peter explores human interaction with objects, and illustrates the memories, imaginings and emotions that objects can inspire. Often humorous and sometimes dramatic, the performance appeals to all ages.

Hats, coats, a chair, a table, a bottle, a newspaper, trash bags, a letter, and other simple objects come alive, animated by virtuoso movement skills and a vivid imagination.

Peter has been Co-Artistic Director of Boulder Ballet since 2004, and he performs the role of Drosselmeyer, the magical godfather, in Boulder Ballet’s annual “Nutcracker” ballet with the Boulder Philharmonic and Longmont Symphony orchestras.

Prior to his leadership role with Boulder Ballet, Peter toured with the Boulder-based juggling/dance trio Airjazz during the 1980’s and 90’s, performing at venues such as the Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival, New Zealand International Festival of the Arts, and the Hong Kong Arts Festival.

Peter’s solo performing career has taken him to theaters and performing arts festivals in Canada, Finland, Netherlands, Spain, and throughout the United States, and he has appeared on the CBS, BBC and Fox TV networks.

Jeff Hobson is one of the most in-demand comedy magicians working today. His refreshing and clever mix of comedy and magic has brought him back for repeat performances all over the world.
